Terms and Conditions
The agreement that governs this website and every ADA learning service.
1. Who we are
Archimedis Digital Academy ("ADA", also presented as Archimedis Learning Academy) is a unit of Archimedis Digital Private Limited (the "Company"). ADA is an online education and industry readiness platform that provides professional training, certification programs, workshops, webinars and digital learning resources focused on the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, regulatory compliance, quality systems, validation and emerging technologies. Learning is delivered through this website, live online sessions and a secure learning management system operated for the Company.

2. Eligibility
By using ADA services you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal parental or guardian consent, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.
3. Your account
Some services require an account. You agree to maintain accurate account information, keep login credentials confidential, accept responsibility for all activity under your account and notify ADA immediately of any unauthorised use. ADA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Services
ADA may provide self paced learning programs (video courses, assessments, assignments, downloadable resources and certification assessments), live learning programs (instructor led workshops, webinars, cohort based training and expert sessions) and digital resources (e-books, templates, workbooks, learning guides, presentations and recorded sessions). ADA may modify, improve, discontinue or update services at its sole discretion.
5. Enrolment, fees and payments
Enrolment is complete only after successful payment and receipt of enrolment confirmation. All fees are payable to Archimedis Digital Private Limited in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, through the authorised payment methods offered at checkout, which may include net banking, UPI, debit and credit cards and other gateway options. Fees must be paid in full before access is granted unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes may be charged separately. Prices may change without prior notice for future enrolments. ADA reserves the right to reject any enrolment request, change course schedules, change instructors or facilitators and modify course content to maintain relevance and quality.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the ADA Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property
All content available on ADA, including course materials, videos, presentations, graphics, logos, assessments, documentation, templates and website content, is the exclusive property of Archimedis Digital Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reproduce content, redistribute course material, publish content without written permission, record live sessions without authorisation, or sell or commercially exploit any ADA content.
8. Licence to use content
ADA grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to access purchased learning content solely for personal, non commercial educational purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to share account credentials, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorised access to ADA systems, engage in fraudulent activity, harass instructors, learners or staff, or post unlawful, defamatory or offensive content. Violation of this clause may lead to immediate account suspension without refund.
10. Certification
Where applicable, ADA may issue certificates upon successful completion of program requirements. ADA determines completion criteria, assessment standards, attendance requirements and certification eligibility. Certificates represent completion of a learning program and do not guarantee employment, promotions, regulatory approvals or professional licences.
11. No employment guarantee
ADA provides educational and industry readiness training. Enrolment or certification does not guarantee employment, job interviews, internships, salary increases, promotions or business outcomes. Any career related guidance is informational in nature.
12. Third party platforms
ADA uses third party services including learning management systems, live session tools, payment gateways, registration platforms and cloud hosting. ADA is not liable for interruptions, failures or limitations caused by third party service providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist you when they occur.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
ADA services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to services, error free operation, availability of specific instructors, or achievement of specific learning or career outcomes.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, employees, instructors, affiliates and partners shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, business interruption, data loss or employment related outcomes. The total liability of ADA shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archimedis Digital Private Limited against claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of ADA services or breach of applicable laws.
16. Privacy
Use of ADA services is also governed by the ADA Privacy Policy.
17. Suspension and termination
ADA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice for breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, misuse of learning content, or legal and regulatory requirements.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from the use of ADA services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
19. Amendments
ADA may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this website and become effective upon publication.
