We collect as little as possible and we tell you exactly what we do with it.

ADA currently runs free webinars only. This policy applies in full from the day paid enrolment opens. Last updated: 29 July 2026.

What we collect

When you subscribe or contact us, we collect your name and email address. When you enrol in a course, our learning platform (Graphy, at learn.ada.archimedis.io) collects the details it needs to deliver the course and process payment. We do not sell your data to anyone.

How we use it

We use your email to send you course launches, articles and webinar invitations. We use enrolment data to run your courses and issue your certificates. That is the full list.

Where it lives

Subscriber data lives with our email provider. Learner data lives in Graphy. Both providers hold their own security certifications.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe with one click in any email. You can ask us what we hold about you, and you can ask us to delete it. Write to ada@archimedis.io and we will act within 30 days.
